DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Place the cask on a sturdy surface (away from direct sunlight or heat source). Be sure you can access the tap with a glass!
   
2. Just before you want to pour, remove excess CO2 by 'venting' using the red 'bung' on top. Turn it in the direction of the arrow.
   
3. To pour , pull out the tap and twist it in the direction of the arrow. To stop pouring, turn the tap in the opposite direction.
   
4. Serve cool . Once opened, the beer should be consumed within 5 days.
   
5. Some people think pouring the beer into a jug before serving improves the flavour and head retention . Why not experiment with different techniques and glassware?
